Menopause & ADHD — maybe a little extra spicy? 🌶️ As estrogen declines during menopause, dopamine levels also shift — and for women with ADHD (which already involves low dopamine), this can amplify challenges with focus, motivation, and emotional regulation. You might notice that old strategies no longer work like they used to. That’s not a failure — it’s a signal. Menopause initiates a powerful phase of neuroplasticity and neural pruning, offering a chance to let go of what no longer serves and build new, supportive habits. This is a time to:

✨ Rewire your brain with daily practices
✨ Build new rhythms around nervous system regulation, focus, memory, and emotional balance Menopause sharpens awareness. Use it as an opportunity to realign your life.
