Autumn Woman, Harvest Queen is a one-day workshop in which to explore (PERI)MENOPAUSE as a powerful rite of passage in a woman’s life, often feared and misunderstood.

As our fertility wanes, we move from the Summer season of our lives to the Autumn. This is a time to CLAIM our harvest, EMBODY our wisdom and LEAD our communities!

This workshop will help you:

We are mirroring what happens in nature when the seasons change.
Autumn is a beautiful season and it is the harvest season.
Our harvest life season, like autumn, gives us feedback about our life and lifestyle so far,
this we see through the state of our body and nervous system
which in turn effects our experience of menopause. Our experience of menopause is like a read out of the state of our nervous system and adrenal glands.
Or, how much stress and trauma we hold in our body,
And how much stress there is in our lives.
And there is much we can do to alleviate stress and ways to release it from our body that will decrease the intensity of our menopausal experience. Come join us in Mexico for two rounds of transformative one-day workshops, held in two beautiful locations: Tulum and Mexico City. Together, we’ll sit in circle, reconnecting with and reclaiming feminine knowledge, wisdom, and power. The workshops will be held in English, and while there will be supportive Spanish-speaking participants who can assist with translation when needed, a basic understanding of English will be essential. Please note that this assistance is limited and won’t cover every word spoken. At the 36th Annual Australian Homebirth Conference, I gave a presentation titled Are Birth Outcomes Random, or Are There Clues? I shared the core work of Shamanic Womancraft, which is the work of a Shamanic Womancraft practitioner: understanding a red thread inheritance, the effects of our birth imprint, childhood trauma, and our rites of passage pattern. When we understand the influence of all these factors on our lives, our birth experiences no longer seem so random. @homebirth_australia

A trip down memory lane… Looking through these old photos from past Home Birth Conferences over the years, I see myself as I grew up in this community. The first Home Birth Conference I went to, I was 26 years old. Now, at 66 years old, I see what a blessing it’s been to be part of this community over the years. Such a blessing. #hbacon2024
