Autumn Woman, Harvest Queen is a one-day workshop in which to explore (PERI)MENOPAUSE as a powerful rite of passage in a woman’s life, often feared and misunderstood.

As our fertility wanes, we move from the Summer season of our lives to the Autumn. This is a time to CLAIM our harvest, EMBODY our wisdom and LEAD our communities!

This workshop will help you:

Explore the transformative power of Menopause and your earlier rites of passage
Unpack fears and ‘cultural baggage’ around changing bodies and aging

As the year concludes, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported me throughout 2024. Highlights of the Year: Final Project: Completed filming with Catherine Mack @misscatherinemack for the “500 Sundays” menopause documentary. Family Time: Looking forward to joyful gatherings, especially through the eyes of my grandchildren. Writing Endeavors: Aiming to dedicate the summer to advancing my book on menopause and sagescence. Workshops: Hosted sessions in Sydney, Melbourne, Mullumbimby, and the Four Seasons Journey in Melbourne and the Blue Mountains. Siren Call Tour 2024: Conducted 23 workshops across seven cities in the UK and Europe, connecting with approximately 700 women over three and a half months. Shamanic Womancraft Praxis: Celebrated the second year of this transformative modality. @hygieiahealth_org: Progressing steadily towards establishing the hospital, with immense gratitude to all involved. @spinning_wheels_app: Proud of its development; stay tuned for upcoming updates to enhance user experience. We are mirroring what happens in nature when the seasons change.
Autumn is a beautiful season and it is the harvest season.
Our harvest life season, like autumn, gives us feedback about our life and lifestyle so far,
this we see through the state of our body and nervous system
which in turn effects our experience of menopause. Our experience of menopause is like a read out of the state of our nervous system and adrenal glands.
Or, how much stress and trauma we hold in our body,
And how much stress there is in our lives.
And there is much we can do to alleviate stress and ways to release it from our body that will decrease the intensity of our menopausal experience.
