The Natal Lunar Phase Return is a fascinating phen

The Natal Lunar Phase Return is a fascinating phenomenon tied to the cycles of the moon and its potential influence on our fertility.
When the moon is in the same phase as it was on the day you were born, you can experience a second opportunity for ovulation—an additional fertile window each lunar cycle, about 13 times a year. This idea isn’t new.
It dates back to ancient times and was even studied in the 1940s and 50s. But with the advent of hormonal contraception, much of this natural knowledge was overshadowed or forgotten. Today, some natural fertility practitioners embrace it, while others remain sceptical due to a lack of modern research. For those seeking to avoid pregnancy, tracking this potential second ovulation could be a game-changer for natural contraception. And for those trying to conceive, it offers a new perspective on timing and opportunities.  The normal success rate of the rhythm method of fertility tracking is between 30-85 percent, studies found that when tracking of lunar fertile times is added to this method the success rate jumps to 97.7%.
